L’EPNAK accompagne des personnes en situation de handicap (plus de 6000 places) dans une logique inclusive pour permettre à chacun d’exercer sa pleine citoyenneté dans près de 60 unités et plateformes. - Nos unités dans l'Yonne (89) et l'Essonne (91) accueillent des enfants et adultes présentant majoritairement une déficience intellectuelle, des troubles psychiques, le polyhandicap ainsi que des personnes autistes. Une vingtaine de sites et unités basés dans l’Essonne et dans l’Yonne, inscrivent leurs actions dans le Code de l’action sociale et des familles, des recommandations de bonnes pratiques professionnelles afin de répondre aux besoins spécifiques du public accueilli. Les professionnels mobilisent leurs compétences pour apporter une réponse individualisée à chacun tout au long de leurs parcours en particulier dans les domaines de la formation, de l’insertion professionnelle, du logement, de la socialisation et de l’accès aux soins. - Le 2ème acteur national de la réadaptation professionnelle L’EPNAK dispose de 2000 places dans ses ESRP répartis sur la France entière et dans ses ESPO. Historiquement centrée sur la formation et la qualification, l’offre de service des ESRP évolue vers des Plateformes d’Accompagnement – Orientation, Formation et Insertion Professionnelle. L’accompagnement médico-psycho-social ainsi que l’accompagnement vers et dans l’emploi sont renforcés dans une logique inclusive et partenariale pour proposer des parcours répondant aux besoins de manière plus personnalisée. L'EPNAK dispose également d'une plateforme de réadaptation professionnelle en Guyane : la PAGOFIP (Plateforme d'Accompagnement Guyanaise Orientation Formation et Inclusion Professionnelle).
