I had a 20-year career in companies in very different sectors, such as healthcare, agrifood or the environment, in the field of Marketing. More than 6 years ago, I created a marketing support activity for SMEs and mid-caps under the Flexter Marketing brand, and in 2019 I launched a network of independent professionals working on a time-sharing basis in various functions: Finance, HR, Marketing, Purchasing, Commerce, etc., under the Flexter Temps Partagé brand. I believe in the power of the network, mutual aid, work value and building projects. I believe in the development of timesharing to help SMEs to develop. Today's SME managers often lack the right skills in the right place at the right time to manage certain aspects of their business. For lack of budget, sometimes even time to find the right candidate, because their activity is irregular and does not require the continuous presence of a manager, or in the absence of a clear vision of the future of their activity , they perform certain functions of the business themselves. This prevents them from concentrating on the core of their activity, can adversely affect the performance of the company, and generates additional activity for themselves.
