Today I'm doing what I love, leading Vervoe with David. It's hard building a company from scratch, but it's an amazing journey and there's nothing I'd rather be doing. Unfortunately, when I moved to Melbourne I was rejected for hundreds of jobs that I applied to and didn’t land a single interview.I had all the skills to perform, yet nobody gave me a chance.Three university degrees and many years of experience later I was leading a team at a major bank I saw the same problem from the other side of the table where I was constantly presented with fancy résumés of candidates who couldn't apply their skills to a new environment.
