Joined the project at civil work stage and involved the civil and equipments erection.Independently managed all utilities and second line start up and commissioning.Taken major decision for stabilizing the process and attained desired quality in MTR process . Visited technology and equipment suppliers works site at Switzerland and Germany for inspection Involved the development activities for productivity, Optimization of process, waste reduction, and trouble shooting of existing system CP 960 TPD, MTR UIF Technology and also involved the expansion of 1600 TPD MTR project.Finally took the responsibilities of Industrial controller of entire plant for six months .
