I create and build brands & organisations that are committed to social and environmental impact. I sometimes angel invest and also spend a lot of time writing music, poetry and plans for the next venture.So far, I've played a pivotal role in creating and building PROPER, allplants, and Elizabeth Scarlett. Here's a summary on each:- I joined Propercorn straight out of uni as third wheel to the co-founders. We spent 5 years scaling it across Europe, from a handful of kernels to 3 million bags of popcorn per month. I realised at this point how much power brands can wield, so decided to move even more towards using that power as a force for good.- This led to allplants, a business I co-founded with my brother, JP. We’re making plant-based living the future with delicious, chef-made food to your door. Over the past 6 years, we've grown from supperclubs to serving 10s of thousands of customers across the UK over 3 million meals. While intensive, industrial animal agriculture has a devastating impact on people and planet, eating mostly or all plants can be delicious and easy. We're accelerating the shift to a plant-rich diet for all.- And finally (for now), I've played a small part in my wife's brainchild, Elizabeth Scarlett, since the get-go – I'm now leading the management of the team and business. We've raised over £200,000 for wildlife conservation charities over the past few years and have big plans for the future, you can read more about this on my page.- Other projects are in the works..!
