Working in major cities across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the USA Anja experienced the situation first-hand. Anja Humljan is a human architect restoring connections with yourself and the environment by mindfully observing own senses and mind. It is then in your gift to reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, and suitably retouch your immediate environment. Anja works as a consultant, programme facilitator, and visual creator.v Anja was academic fellow at the National University of Singapore School of Medicine and worked with relevant institutions and brands like Singapore Architecture Festival, National University Health System and Volvo Cars. She described her work in the book The Urban Yoga.
