I have developed a methodology, the McGuckin Method, that flawlessly designs and delivers long-term talent planning ensuring the alignment of people, process, and culture with business strategies. I firmly believe in unleashing the power of people and the importance of navigating the complexity of organizations to see true transformation within their cultures. Over my three-decade career, including ten years as the Chief Talent Officer for Jabil, I’ve led over ten CEO Succession transitions under the direction of the Board of Directors, led DEI Strategy work that resulted in double digit growth for minority representation, and spent 5 years collaborating with Harvard Business School designing cutting edge leadership programs for executives. Currently, I am a member of the Steering Committee of the Strategic Human Recourses Institute at The Conference Board, a member of the Steering Committee of the Leadership Development Institute at The Conference Board, as well as the CEO of the McGuckin Group.
