Bill Puetz / BIOBill brings more than 40 years of "practical, hands-on" human resource, recruiting, training and change management experience to M.R.S.,Inc. and Lee Hecht Harrison.He has led manufacturing operations with full Profit & Loss accountability and managed in the human resource field since 1970. His responsibilities included directing human resource departments supporting more than 7,000 employees in over 18 locations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. From 1974 through 1996, Bill worked for Vishay/Dale Electronics serving as Corporate Personnel Manager, Product Manager for Thin Film Resistor Operations, and Director of Human Resources and Training for North America. From 1997 to 1998, he served as Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Coleman Powermate.Since 1999, Bill has worked as a independent Human Resource Consultant and from 2005 to 2013 he has served as a Certified "Lee Hecht Harrison" Career Transition Senior Consultant and licensed Executive Coach. Bill’s human resouce expertise, real life experiences, and certified delivery of proven resume and job search programs have helped meet the unique needs for each client that he has served for over the past decade.
