Southern California Contractors Association (SCCA) is volunteer-led and governed by its members and has served the union-heavy construction industry since 1974. SCCA was established to maintain high professional standards among construction contractors by encouraging sound business methods, efficiency, and cooperation between contractors, raising the industry standard. Our Association opposes unfair trade practices by promoting better relations between individuals and organizations with which construction contractors conduct business regularly, and to advocate for legislation insuring the equitable development of the Nation and State.
