•Responsible for, but not limited to, booking all catering functions for Canal Restaurant, Estate House Restaurant and Metro Brasserie Restaurant •Oversee all Corporate Events, Social Events and develop all Banquet Food and Beverage menus •Work directly with Operations, General Manager, (3) Executive Chefs for all catering concerns and development and PR for all restaurant. •Directly solicit new business and continue relationships with existing clientele base •Maintain on-going relations with local and state-wide Meeting Planners, Destination Services, and other Hoteliers for group referrals business •Negotiate all Catering contracts for all group functions •Standard computer skills and ability to work with limited or no supervision •Detailed oriented and revenue driven for all sales
