Services: we work directly with you to provide the services you need, whether it is constructing one grant or helping design an entire year of grants planning - and everything in between. • Review your current grants program, and prepare a list of recommendations • Research grant sources for guidelines and requirements and fit with your programs or campaign • Develop a grants plan for immediate or longer term needs • Draft proposals targeted to funders’ requirements • Assist with final review of drafts and timely submittal of final proposals • Assist with preparation of supporting documents as needed to complete a proposal package • Provide effective communication with funders, including assistance with site visits and/or meeting preparation • Maintenance of electronic records and hardcopy documents and attachments • Executive coaching and mentoring in fund development and organizational assessment
