As the CEO of Scaling Leaders, I provide coaching and development programs virtually across North America and beyond. I work with coaches, organizations, and individuals to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, using evidence-based and innovative approaches.I am an ICF Master Certified Coach with a background in health and executive leadership. I have over 20 years of experience working with leaders and executives in corporate, NGO, and government sectors, including the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the United Nations, and BMW. I have also authored a book chapter on the neurobiology of personal transformation and published multiple articles on coaching and leadership topics. I am passionate about supporting and empowering others to grow and thrive, and I continuously seek to learn and improve my own skills and knowledge. I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a bachelor’s degree in health from the University of Texas at Austin. I am also certified in various coaching tools and assessments, such as the ALII-Map, The Five Behaviors, Everything DiSC, and the Co-Active Coaching Model.
