With 12 Ruth’s Chris branded restaurants across the Southeast and further plans for expansion, the SSC portfolio of restaurants will soon also include an original rooftop kitchen and cocktails concept, UP on the Roof, which is scheduled to open in downtown Greenville, SC in Q4 2016.
