David is a transformational community leader and social entrepreneur, deeply influential in both Washington, DC's political sphere and the Web3 digital frontier. His ability to captivate through storytelling enables him to mobilize communities and effect real-world change.David is the descendant of Vietnam and World War II veterans as well as Revolutionary War heroes—one of whom played a pivotal role in returning the Liberty Bell to Philadelphia. His roots infuse him with a deep sense of duty, service and sacrifice that's uniquely American.David kicked off his political career as an aide to Ohio State Representative Ann Womer Benjamin. He quickly scaled the ladder, serving as a speechwriter for U.S. Senator George Voinovich, House Leadership Communications Director for Rep. Jack Kingston and Communication Director for a Senate campaign.These experiences sharpened his skills in strategic communications and positioned him as the go-to expert in the emerging field of web and digital strategy.At 27, David founded the David All Group, Washington, DC’s first social media agency. This venture revolutionized digital advocacy, attracting a diverse range of clients from tech titans to political leaders and movement organizations.Beyond politics, David has facilitated partnerships between tech innovators and local governments to tackle critical social issues, orchestrating over 75 events.In 2016, David brought justice to the opioid epidemic by establishing an intensive outpatient treatment center in a historically Black community still serving the population today. He made actionable contributions to the Franklin County Opiate Crisis Task Force, such as developing resource kits for pregnant women in recovery and coaching leaders on public speaking and media training. His 2021 research paper on "Recovery Deserts," co-authored with a team from The Ohio State University, shows his resolve to follow through on a theory of change. An early adopter of blockchain since 2014, David wrote a white paper on NFTs in 2017. His latest initiative, ChangeDAO, aims to create platforms for justice in Web3 through its products, Change.Gallery and FOUND3R, which already boasts 1,700 members advocating for fair and inclusive regulations in Washington, DC.David’s consulting arm, Mount Ethos, extends his influence to shape and shift political conversations and imagine revolutionary products across multiple sectors beyond his realm.
