David Rosenbaum

David E. Rosenbaum is a Senior Vice President of WHI, and a Managing Principal, as well as the founder of, WHI Real Estate Partners. Previously, he was the President of Landrock Capital LLC, a real estate private equity investment firm, the key assets and operations of which were acquired by WHI in January 2010. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Rosenbaum had responsibility for the private, opportunistic investment platform at Security Capital Research &a; Management Incorporated. From 1991 to 1997, he was a member of the real estate group at Lazard LLC. Mr. Rosenbaum is a member of the Finance and Investment Committees of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, and he chairs JFMC’s sub-committee focused on investments in real estate and other real assets. Mr. Rosenbaum is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School, and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He holds a B.A. from Yale University.
