I am the President of Roaring Fork IT, LLCApple products and Mac Integration are my primary focus, but with my technical expertise and consulting background I am well equipped to handle networking issues and many other situations. Some of these other situations have included: entire Network infrastructure Replacements (Replacing Switches & Routers), Wireless Implementation (adding Secure Wireless Networks) and Wireless Network Replacements, Exchange server migration (migration from Exchange to Apple hardware), MDM (JAMF, Meraki, AirWatch), Automated Patch Management (JAMF, Munki, Autopkg, Autopkgr) Due to the nature of IT support in general I have become very proficient in remote support for my clients. I have excellent knowledge in a large number of remote support applications including: TeamViewer, LogMeIn, PCAnywhere, GoToMyPc, and Meraki.I am a problem solver at heart, if I run into a problem that I have not yet encountered it becomes a passion of mine to resolve said problem.Before starting Roaring Fork IT, LLC in 2019, I was a Sr. Systems Engineer at Encore Technologies.At Encore Technologies I assisted and managed my clients wide range of IT needs in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Before Encore Technologies I worked at the MacExperience from 2001 - 2015. Managing clients IT needs, repairing Apple Computers and maintaining clients network Infrastructure(s).Prior to MacExperience I worked for The Computer Experience which also was focused on Apple products and support. My main job duties included Apple computer repair and troubleshooting.
