International experience in all aspects of the mining cycle, having held executive, operational and technical roles in UG and OP mines as well as exploration projects in North and Central America, Africa and Australia.Diverse technical experience includes exploration, PFS / FS and NI43-101 Reports, permitting, mine and project development, mine start-ups, engineering, production and maintenance optimization and mine closure. Exposure to various metals including Gold, Silver, Nickel, Copper, Zinc and Polymetallic orebodies with a variety of processing techniques.A disciplined approach to HSESG with marked improvements in H&S standards, lead and lag indicators. Demonstrated Community and Government relations performance through successful permitting and operation of several projects in challenging jurisdictions. Key accomplishments include successful exploration programs, leading to permitting / engineering followed by project / mine construction through to operations and eventual closure. Managing operating budgets up to $1B USD. Major capital expansion including new mines, mill expansions and tailings dams. Optimization and debottlenecking increasing production and reducing costs, increased reserves and mine life, successful union, community, and contract negotiations. Organic growth as well as M&A activity.
