Edward Conley

I've worked in service-based businesses since the time I was 5 years old, when my dad would take me out as a helper in his carpet cleaning business. And it's pretty much what I've done ever since. Sure, I took a few breaks to sell vacuums door to door, sell electronics, sell cars, and go to school. But service is what I do. Of course, the type of service has changed over the years. My latter years have all been focused on serving people, instead of swinging a hammer. Building relationships, selling high-value home improvement projects, and volunteering are what I have focused on for the last 10 years. And after selling my stake in my business, and taking some time off to contemplate, helping people is still what I want to do. My vehicle may be different than what I grew up doing, but the mission is the same.
