Founder and Co Creator of Vertically Integrated Return Logistics and E-Commerce platform. Over the past 13 years, I have built and integrated numerous companies in the consumer electronics market. Leveraging strong buying acquisition and repair skills, I founded Thrifty Computer as a direct to consumer discount electronics business, focusing initially on mobile phones. When distribution channels and demand grew beyond available supply, Thrifty began to test, repair, warranty and resell returned merchandise. As the demand for return logistics services grew, ReturnBrand Solutions was spun off from Thrifty as a business to business service provider. Today we service well known brands providing critical reputation and customer management services, transforming liability into opportunity. RBS has processed over 250,000 returns to date, and sold over 100,000 of those products through our distribution network. The RBS and Thrifty network of affiliated companies, is able to recover nearly 50% of the original retail pricing for our manufacturers, turning waste into revenue at nearly double the industry average and preserving brand value by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
