Federico Pena

I founded and was the operating manager for IT-ROI Solutions (Founder and CEO) which was acquired in November 2018. I have pioneered new IT initiatives that are changing the way end users see their enterprise applications. I came from a consulting background in the Change/Issue management space as well as the configuration and project management space. With this experience I found there was a need to simplify enterprise applications through common tools that end users are familiar with. Now we have a realm of products that simplify tools such as ServiceNow, CA PPM, HP PPM, SAP, Peoplesoft to name a few, and our portfolio keeps gowing. IT-ROI started as a consulting company in the CA PPM space, and moved into product development in which it created a portfolio of enterprise software solutions which were the foundation for the acquisition. I was in charge of leading a team of 60 developers along with a team of sales and marketing staff and in charge of all sales for the organization. I love hearing use cases from end users or clients that can provide ideas on how we can either improve our products, or create new ones. Prior to IT-ROI, I was a CCM/PPM consultant with 20 years of senior consulting experience in highly complex Information System environments that moved into the entrepreneur role. In order to create the best solutions for various organizations, I needed to be up to date about technology to come up with systems that provide visibility, productivity, and performance based on the latest discoveries. That experience led me to become one of the founders of Systems & Servers, which gathers, analyzes, and delivers timely tech information to simplify the way IT leaders from various industries keep up to date to enhance their success in their field.
