In the last 10 years, I've scaled up a mobility company among 45 cities and 5 countries and co-founded other 3 digital companies, having successfully exited one. I've held managerial and C-Level positions (CEO and COO) in fast paced growth environments, managing dozens of people, focusing on delivering key outcomes, improving processes and building amazing teams. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:- I really love to build happy teams. For me, finding the right people that can excel at that particular moment in time of the company is critical for long term success of the business, while doing it is also very exciting and challenging. I love to win, but helping the team win gives me bigger joy, with the plus of building a great work environment.- I am very good at building effective organizations, even under given constraints. One of my core competences is operational execution, taking always in consideration our customers, team, product, profits and resources. I think this aptitude came during college, as active member of Junior Enterprise Movement ( https://juniorenterprises.eu/ ) that shaped me as entrepreneur and finally as a Planning Engineer leading construction contractors on a big infrastructure project. - I believe in stoicism very much, so I stay calm when faced with adversity to be able to make high-quality decisions, especially the difficult ones. My gut instinct is good but I seek data for my decisions.- I am constantly learning because I simply enjoy to learn, and this is particularly valuable in a fast changing world. I believe that self education drives more efficiently the improvement of your skills, and also helps myself to be a better person.Native Portuguese, fluent in English and Intermediate in Spanish.
