As a seasoned Chief Human Resources Executive, I have a proven track record of leading large scale HR transformational strategies in complex, multi-facility healthcare environments as well as elevating the performance of the HR function in community-based hospitals. My experiences include leading the HR function in a financial turnaround situation, leading the HR team through the acquisition of a competitor hospital, and leading the HR team through the implementation of an HR Shared Services model. Coupled with my solid foundation of HR generalist expertise I have the unique ability to not only conceive the HR strategies that complement the business strategies, but to execute them in a manner that improves business results.
