I’ve achieved a number of important milestones during my time at Gen II, among them: ● Growing and enhancing the Human Resources (HR) department, significantly improving the company’s human capital management system; hiring experienced HR managers and collaborating with principals to assist with the department’s development. ● Automating and digitizing workflows, establishing clear processes for accountability and capability to monitor productivity to allow remote working to flourish. ● Leading a successful transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, creating a business continuity plan; receiving recognition from clients and company founders for the superb handling of the crisis. I’ve also managed the finance and operations functions at 2 other major organizations, the Washington State Investment Board and Capital Group Private Markets, the private equity arm of Capital Group Companies. In both these roles, I was charged with managing, restructuring, and building out different departments, as well as performing various financial oversight and reporting duties.
