Ian Fichtenbaum

For six years, I was involved in Bradford Space, including as CEO. Headquartered in NYC, with locations in Seattle, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Luxembourg, Bradford builds some of the best propulsion systems in the solar system and has advanced plans for a new class of highly mobile spacecraft (Square Rocket). I am also the co-founder and co-chef (along with my wife Jordana) of Zero G Kitchen, a venture dedicated to building a kitchen in space. We commissioned the oven that baked the first cookies (or first anything) ever baked in space, immortalized in the promotion we organized with DoubleTree by Hilton, ‘Cookies in Space’. At my prior firm Near Earth LLC, I was involved in dozens of advisory projects, assisting transactions for businesses, private equity/venture capital firms and hedge funds. Some of these assignments have included helping startups raise venture and growth capital or help large companies assess acquisition strategies. Some of these assignments helped organisations like NASA and other large interesting groups.
