My Career Journey:Throughout my career of over two decades, while leading the people agenda in diverse organizations, and industry domains, (Retail, E-COM, Life sciences - Pharma,, IT Services & ITES, Infrastructure and Banking), I have witnessed some cutting edge process work some of which also migrated from manual to smart digital mode.Having worked with diverse organizations (Conglomerates, global JVs, local subsidiaries of MNCs or Indian family driven business groups), I had the good fortune in experiencing steady functional growth at the beginning of my career and thereafter giving me exposure to some complex business dealings, especially around mergers and acquisitions and new business start ups, that have honed the navigation skills needed to handle ambiguity while enhancing my commercial orientation, without sacrificing my quest for functional growth. Today, I will like to believe that I provide the requisite ambidexterity to a prospective employer or partner (while wearing the consultant hat) i.e. as I can balance between keeping an ear on the ground while gunning for the big picture. Having been an active sportsperson in the past. I, enjoy digital content around geopolitics, sport channels, write on aspects of contemporary management issues juxtaposed with learnings from the world of sports, I am a hands on parent to a daughter and enjoy my association with various industry /academic forums that allows me to express my ideas or learnings with impressionable youth as a key note speaker or as a mentor for young working professionals !!
