Jim Cowart

A native of the McAllen area I started assisting my father in the business at a very young age. I quickly excelled in building customer relationships and establishing business financial controls.I started flying at the age of 14 and by 18 earned a commercial pilots license. With over 5,000 flying hours in various aircraft I am now type- rated in a Cessna Citation Jet 525. This capability provides efficient and fast response time for customer meetings. I took over the CEO position at a very young age and drove the flatbed division startup for TCI in Oklahoma City, hauling freight concentered around the oil field industry. This business was eventually moved to Pharr, TX.Having navigated the organization through the complexities of rapid growth, I now lead a strong organization that leverages both asset and brokerage capabilities- Throughout my tenure with the company I have maintained the philosophy of eliminating operating debt and improving efficiency through technology. I have always been the company visionary, believing in surrounding myself with people of high integrity, moral standards, and strong work ethic.
