John Gunther, CFP®,CIMA®

John has over 25 years of work experience in the wealth management industry.  John and his team understand that each client's financial goals are unique and his team believes that the path that each client takes to achieve those goals should be unique as well.  John's commitment to excellence in investment planning, wealth management and client service has been his primary focus and his team's main mission: providing each client with customized, integrated wealth management plan that will help grow, preserve and manage their overall wealth.  John is a graduate of Fordham University (Economics major, class of 1991).  He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2007 and obtained the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation (administered by Investments & Wealth Institute™, and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania) in 2013.   Aside from enjoying time with his family, John has been an active community service leader both at work and in his hometown.  The focus of John's volunteer efforts has been working with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and helping homeless families build new lives. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP® in the U.S., which is awarded to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.Investments & Wealth Institute™ (The Institute) is the owner of the certification marks CIMA® and Certified Investment Management Analyst®. Use of CIMA®, and/or Certified Investment Management Analyst® signifies that the user has successfully completed the Institute's initial and ongoing credentialing requirements for investment management professionals.
