Growing up, I have always been very curious. As a kid, I used to get in trouble for asking the question why too much, regardless of the topic. I was often told to just do my work. Little did I know that curiosity instilled in me at a very young age the passion of wanting to know more; wanting to help others out; wanting to solve a problem. From working at my university's career development office during college, to playing collegiate sports, to being active in networking affiliations - I have always wanted to learn more about others. This passion has led me to the field of recruiting and talent acquisition, where working and connecting with people on a daily basis, is what I love doing, and I couldn't have picked a more rewarding career that bodes well for continued success in the world of human capital management. With multiple years in talent acquisition (from campus recruitment to high level executive positions), spanning across multiple industries, within retained executive search and corporate environments, I’m at ease working with candidates at every stage of the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to salary/offer negotiation, to onboarding.
