I currently hold an active Community Association Manager License and Broker’s Real Estate License in the State of Florida. I have a Graduate Realty Institute designation for continued education. I possess extensive knowledge regarding Real Estate transactions and litigation. My previous paralegal experience gives me an edge when it comes to contract negotiations and attending to the many details of required paperwork. I am a local area expert with knowledge of the local communities; I work diligently and I’m a team player. I have co-owned a Property Management Company. Several condominiums, Homeowners associations, and a Co-Op are among the properties I managed. My activities included attending monthly meetings, review and implementation of the documents and bylaws and providing guidance to the respective boards regarding compliance with Florida Statutes, assist the board(s) with their budget notices and proposed budgets, assist with annual meetings and elections of the board, work with the board(s) Attorney as requested. I have also scheduled meetings, prepared agendas, record, type and distribute business meeting minutes. I have overseen projects such as cable installation to an entire complex; to major sewer reconfiguration. I am familiar with FL ST 718, 719 and 720 as they apply to the various organizations. I have worked with the progression from late letters, to liens and foreclosures on delinquent accounts.
