Kathy entered the real estate business in 1983 after graduating with a degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University. Kathy became affiliated with RE/MAX soon! Kathy 1st mastered residential buyers with her knowledge of ALL lending programs, leading her to receive her appraisers' certification to assist home. Kathy’s in-depth knowledge of her (ALL) markets is ever-evolving with the times. Kathy found her love for new construction specializing in home builders. “It was 1988, I was young & blessed to be trained by the best in the business, Lynn Krause /Timberview development!” Lynn chose a young Kathy to sell & market his 250 home community Cambridge in Joliet, which quickly grabbed the eyes of National builders to our area. Breaking all records selling out in 2 years! Kathy would soon play a key role in successfully selling & marketing 18 new communities and over 20,000 new homes. Shannon, her daughter joined her in 2012 becoming a major asset/co-owner of the company! The new office was an immediate success, two more offices were added over the next 4 years!
