Kelly Bolton

Kelly graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama and joined Merrill in 1987. During her career, she has served as the local investment coordinator as well as trainer for new financial advisors. Kelly is passionate about educating clients and the community on the importance of sound wealth management strategies. In recognition of her outstanding achievements in superior client service and commitment to excellence, Kelly has received the esteemed David Brady Award from Merrill. Kelly has been interviewed by Working Mother magazine for her money management tips for children and recognized by local media for her community involvement and professional success. She is also a recipient of SHOOK Research and Working Mother magazine's inaugural "Top Wealth Advisor Moms" in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 as well as Forbes' "Best-In-State Advisor" list in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Most recently Kelly was named to the 2020 and 2021 Forbes' "America's Top Women Wealth Advisors" list. * Kelly also holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation. As Outside of the office, Kelly has been recognized for her outstanding work in the community. She served as the local ambassador family for the March of Dimes to spread awareness of their mission to promote healthier babies. Kelly was chosen to represent the March of Dimes nationally in Washington, D.C. to speak on behalf of the Preemie Bill. Combining her passion for the cause as well as community outreach, Kelly was locally selected to be the spokesperson for the NICU advertising campaign at the Med. She also serves on the Philanthropy Advisory Board for BRIDGES and is a charter member of the Community Foundation of Memphis's Navigator Society. She is also actively involved with Germantown High School, and she has volunteered as a program host for the last 20 years.
