Kimberly Saied

Kimberly is a champion of organizational development, coaching, and diversity & inclusion training. With over 20 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Professional and Educator, she has provided critical support to operational managers and executive staff in the areas of recruitment and employment, training and development, labor relations, benefits administration, executive compensation, and the development of organizational culture. Throughout her career, Kimberly has worked with small businesses, governments, educational facilities, non-profit organizations, and international organizations. She is particularly experienced in the areas of strategy for executive and operational managers, directing the administrative functions of complex organizations and mediating disputes. Kimberly graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in ID Studies with a minor in Psychology. Her Master’s Degree in Business Administration includes a concentration in Human Resources and Process Improvement. Kimberly is a certified Human Resources Professional and an active member of SHRM. Her training and development have extended to the Minnesota Department of Education: Continuing Education for Teachers of SpED series and published works on the Universal Design for Learning: Creating a Learning Environment that Challenges and Engages All Learners.
