We were founded in 1978 and have, since then, grown to become the largest estate agency in Denmark with more than 55 residential estate agencies and 17 commercial centres. We are independent of banks and mortgage credit institutions. We also make a difference for society. The majority of EDC Poul Erik Bech is owned by the charitable fund, the Poul Erik Bech Foundation, and the fund applies a part of the estate agency’s profit to sponsor organisations, where committed volunteers make a difference for children. In addition, our company is co-owned by our more than 90 local partners.
