I have over 40 years of experience in the health insurance industry both on the Third Party Administrator side as well as the Health Insurance brokerage side. I have enjoyed the last 19 years as co-owner of Sierra Benefit Solutions in Northern California. I have the best business partner in the world, Darlene Duco (she says the same thing about me most days!). We pride ourselves on designing and implementing ACA compliant benefit programs that meet the needs of both the employer and employee for companies of all sizes and industries in various states. We also work with individuals to help them find the best medical, dental, vision, life, Medicare or Covered California plans to meet their needs. When I'm not helping people through the insurance maze, I love spending time with my family and friends. Our weekends consist of local and destination runs, hiking, wine tasting and culinary events.
