Lloyd David

Lloyd has worked for over 30 years in the field of education and training principally in designing and offering programs in businesses for the workers. He developed specific programs for the improvement of English communication skills (including speaking, reading and writing) math, computer technology skills, and science which would aid the workers on their jobs and in their lives at the same time. The Creative Workplace Learning (CWL) Adult Diploma Program was a specific project which awarded academic credit for learning gained through life experience toward a standard high school diploma. The CWLADP requires 240 hours of classroom participation in 12 distinct courses of study. Close to 1000 adults graduated from high school through the CWLADP, which was selected as a model program at a national conference in Washington, DC in 2000. Over the years he has hired hundreds of workers, worked with many manufacturing companies, banks, hospitals, long term care facilities, insurance companies and government agencies in developing excellent educational and training programs that empowered people to improve their skills and achieve their personal and professional goals.
