Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed.Ensuring safety of people while working in production and of the plant.Preparing the budget for All department.Assisting HR department for new recruitment for Production department.Coordinating with each & other department for achieving company target for production and export complying with all cGMP norms. a) Total Quality Management.b) To achieve optimum operational efficiency.To control cost of manufacturing & related activities.Specialties: To plan & look after day to day production activities of all three sites with discussing with indidual manager of sites.To introduce new product with discussing with R&D Team.Optimize the use of utilizes & electricity.
