Michael Paulus

I joined the Stark Real Estate Company on June 30, 1997. With a degree in accounting, I worked for a local CPA firm before spending 14 years as Controller and Chief Operations Officer for the Klinke Corporation, a firm specializing in retail dry-cleaning and uniform rental. I also did property management for the eleven local strip centers owned by Klinke.In my current position with Stark the accounting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning are my main focus. However, my duties include overseeing Customer Service, Information Technology, Human Resources, and the Property Management of the Stark offices of which all six offices are company owned facilities. I have five grown children; two sons, a step-son, and two daughters. The spring is a special season for all of us as that means the start of baseball, softball, and golf season(s). I also enjoy the spring turkey hunting season with my two sons.
