Currently, I’m enjoying my post-mortgage banking life exploring curiosities and interests. Many of which are way outside the Finance and Real Estate world I spent over thirty years in. I’m extremely appreciative of my time in the industry and to my closest colleagues and friends. Especially, the wonderful people at PrimeLending/Hilltop Holdings. Truly extraordinary people.I hesitate a bit to call what I’m doing retirement. I don’t see myself ever really being that. But I also don’t want to appear to be making up an occupational title for the sake of…whatever. Occupational titles like, “Life-Imagineer, Full-time Dreamer…”. Though I like the idea of both, I didn’t have to ‘retire’ to do either. Pretty sure I have colleagues that may have thought one of the two was my title when I was working.In any case, and regardless of how I list my occupation above these days, I hope to stay connected. Life has always been about relationships and the value of measuring the possibilities of them. And as I take my curious walk I hope to open eyes…mine and others…to new possibilities. It’s exciting. I hope we get to share some of what I find.
