Nicholas Andersen

Regional Manager of Twin Peaks for JEB food group. Our vision is to build a cult like following for a one of a kind brand that is new to this area. I am Responsible for overall operations in our Kentucky market and also partner closely with our Director of Operations to help oversee the Ohio locations. I Recruit and train managers for each facility within the region. I teach my general managers to design high volume sales plans for individual locations. Additionally, I provide the Partners with input to strategic decisions that affect the operations and direction of our company. I oversee the development and execution of both the budget and each stores profit and loss. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations difficulties and requiring coordination between multiple stores. Capable of achieving great results both on site and remotely. I have built my career on a foundation of mentorships that inspires leadership and loyalty that transcends our industry and fulfills the promise to each and every manager and team member that I will do everything in my power to improve their life both personally and professionally.
