I am a computer applications instructor with a focus on providing comprehensive training to clients such as private businesses, organizations, and local, state, and federal government agencies.With a background in both in-classroom teaching experience and practical experience in the information technology field, I bring a unique blend of skills to my work. I am also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), and a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS), as well as a Business Objects Certified Professional, (Crystal Reports).I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Davis. Currently, I work as an EHR Training Specialist II at WellSpace Health, where I design and deliver EHR training programs to healthcare professionals, tailored to their specific needs. I provide one-on-one support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, enabling healthcare organizations to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and provide better patient care.In addition to my work in the healthcare industry, I have also spent several years refining my skills as an educator, both in the United States and abroad.
