I am a highly self-motivated and proactive Operations Director with a successful background within the retail/FMCG sector across the UK, Central/Eastern Europe and Malaysia. I have had responsibility for managing up to 200 retail stores at any given time, and multiple large distribution centres for in house and 3PL operations. requiring excellent regional operations management skills and the effective utilisation of all resources and personnel. I am a pragmatic and innovative leader, with a hands-on approach to achieving results, and proven success at meeting company objectives. I have a natural ability to build and develop cross functional teams to achieve high performance levels, including meeting all KPIs together with achieving quality customer service standards, through a Continuous Improvement culture. As a results focused individual and a service led champion, I have consistently maintained store and Distribution centre standards and exceeded customer expectations in stock availability and brand awareness. I have highly developed organisation skills and continually strive to achieve and exceed business objectives with have verifiable expertise in overseeing and leading complex projects from inception and planning through to completion.I am a determined and motivated Leader, who enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems whilst following company policies and procedures.
