Peter Mogan

I have been practicing business law for over 39 years and have enjoyed getting very involved in the strategic thinking of my clients. To that end, I have sat on numerous client boards of directors and advisors. I have also had the opportunity with a number of clients to practice my other professional love, that of facilitation. Since 1998, I have facilitated leadership development, strategic planning and community building workshops and retreats with clients and a number of other business and not-for-profit organizations. Currently, I chair a MacKay CEO Forum Group.Specialties: The greatest area of specialty is business transactions: mergers, acquisitions and financings at all sizes with an aggregate deal value of about $4 billion since 2007. The other specialty is employee share ownership and option ownership. As a leading practitioner in BC in this area, I have worked with dozens of companies to set up ESOPs and incentive share option plans.
