Qaid Gabriel Jivan

Hey! I'm Qaid. I spend about 25% of my time consulting on go-to-market and fundraising for a few tech companies. All startup to Series A with experienced founders. I love it. I'm getting to use my experience as a bootstrapped founder / CEO at TMP, where I led for 4 straight years of triple-digit revenue growth and a successful VC round before handing the reins over to a new leadership team in 2021.The remaining 25% is working towards my long-term goal of moving into luxury resort development. The rest of the time? In 2022, my partner Alyssa and I scooped up and renovated a fourplex in Vancouver, and are AirBnB Superhosts. The two of us also (accidentally) raised a seed round to write a book on the organizational structures of polyamory, so that will be launched in the next year or so. As a hobby, I built and manage BC's longest-running and largest membership-based music festival camp, founded in 2010. We have over 250 paying members across Canada, the US, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. We host our own private/boutique festival at a fishing lodge outside of Clearwater, BC.
