Quashan is an award-winning business leader with two decades of experience building high-performing and human-centered organizations across sports, media, entertainment and hospitality industries. In 2020 Leaders Sports Awards named Quashan one of the top leaders in sport under 40, recognizing his track record for delivering impactful people, organization development, and business transformation strategies and solutions to organizations, teams, and stakeholders globally. He is a champion for equity, inclusion, and social justice, holding various roles at several non-profit, civic, and advocacy organizations including Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., National Urban League, Enactus, and Sports Biz Careers.Serving as the first-ever Chief People and Inclusion Officer of the Pac-12 Conference, Quashan oversees all aspects of people operations and internal administration including leading organizational development and change management, delivering processes and programs to optimize employee, team, and organizational performance, building a culture of inclusion and belonging, and providing strategic direction for all human resources, internal communications, diversity, equity and inclusion, and social impact activities.Quashan is also the Founder of Color of Sports, a purpose-driven change agency that specializes in creating systemic change and delivering holistic strategies, solutions, and advisory services to leaders and organizations to help build human-centered workplaces and drive social change.
