Regency Mortgage is a regional mortgage banking company headquartered in Hooksett, NH and licensed in the states of NH, ME, MA, VT and FL. Regency has approximately 110 employees and 16 branch offices. Under the leadership of its President, Quentin Keefe, Regency Mortgage has been active in community based initiatives since its beginning in 1996. For the past several years, Regency Mortgage has been helping the Palace Theatre through annual program sponsorships, where Quentin Keefe recently served as Chairman of the Palace Theatre Board of Trustees. Keefe also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce where he was instrumental in forming the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Green Committee, on which he served as its first chair. Keefe also served as Co-Chair of the 2008-2011Greater Manchester Taste of the Nation event, and as a committee member for years before serving in that capacity. Regency Mortgage has consistently encouraged its employees to serve their community. In fact, several years ago Regency added a Community Volunteer Day to its employee benefit package, allowing any Regency employee to take one full-day each year, to volunteer his or her services to a community based non-profit organization, at full pay. Recently, a company Volunteer Committee was started to continue to encourage and find ways for employees to give something back to the communities they serve and live in. Quentin Keefe studied Philosophy at St. Michael’s College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1976 and in 1980 he earned a Master of Public of Administration degree form the University of New Hampshire. Keefe is a lifelong resident of Manchester where he and his wife of 36 years, Maryjane, have raised three children.
