I've been coding since I was twelve and managing software development teams for over 25 years. I have learned to move fast in my focus in proving early stage startups. I'm passionate and mission focused. My position at BetterManager is the culmination of all my experience - we are using technology to help better human communication and connection. For me there's nothing better I could be doing in code.Helping create technology is amazing, and for me I need to balance the intensity of the screen with lots of time with family, friends and time outdoors. I kitesurf, mountain bike and ski voraciously, and try to catch music festivals whenever I can. This fuels my passion and creativity, and allows me to move faster in my work, more clear on the right direction. I do my best to support my colleagues in creating lives that inspire them, and hope my work can do the same.I'm extremely fortunate to be living an amazing life.
