Set up and enforced design methodology to improve overall productivity and reduce errors, resulting in a reduction of average cycle time (from design start to production) for most platform Power products from 24+ months to less than 18 months, and for most derivative products from 18+ months to 14 months.• Planned ahead with Design to allow accelerated reliability testing in most designs. Set up and enforced Design-for-Test-and-Manufacturability in latest products to raise the quality of outgoing products.• Hands on with Product engineering in device characterization/qualification, data collection and analysis.
