About
I'm a dreamer and a doer with: - +10 years leadership experience in diverse projects- Insights about social media, software development, and education- (Research) Master degree in Media Studies at University of Amsterdam- Bachelor degree in Communications at RMIT My accomplishments in a nutshell:- Set up and recruited staff for an offshore office in 3 months- Set up a jewelry shop with limited resources in 2 months (including the physical and online store, launching and promotion events, social media marketing, product packaging, etc.) - My first project (as a product owner), Thanh Nien mobile application, won the 1st (Gold) prize in the Asian Digital Awards 2013 by the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA). This has been the first and only international award to a Vietnamese news outlet. - Founded and managed to grow a students' English club to a non-profit organisation that has gained national reputation and worked with many international and local educational institutes. But what I'm proud of the most is the friendships I have nurtured with our partners, volunteers and members. Many of them have found their passion during our time together and pursued education careers afterwards. - Presented my thesis research project at three international academic conferences and received some positive and constructive comments
