Richard Schindler

Rick serves as executive vice president of the Life Insurance Division. He is responsible for and oversees all aspects of the Life Insurance Division. Rick began his career at Pacific Life in 1990 after working for several insurance carriers over a 20 year period. He served as branch manager for ten years in Pacific Life’s Kansas City branch office. In 2000, he was promoted to vice president, Branch Offices. He oversaw the successful merger of multiple branch office channels into the regional life insurance offices in 2002. During this merger he assumed the role of vice president, Independent Producer Channel. In 2006, Rick was promoted to senior vice president and chief marketing officer of the Life Insurance Division. In this role, he was responsible for all life insurance sales and marketing, including the independent producer channel, M marketing, institutional markets, select markets, long-term care marketing, Prime marketing, marketing communications, key account marketing, and meetings and event marketing.
