BGA repair has exploded on account of demand for chips are higher than the supply. We are tooled with 3 BGA work stations and highly trained technicians whom are full-time and been on board with the company for years. On average, we process some 30 BGA repairs daily. In some cases we have annual agreements in place to support this highly technical process for Medical and Industrial OEMs alike.
